Cottages will be reserved only after we receive your full proof of payment.

We have a minimum booking policy of 2 nights during the week and on weekends.

For long weekends, a minimum booking of 3 nights is required.

Over the Easter weekend, a minimum booking of 4 nights is necessary.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a voucher for a future stay, subject to availability.

There will be NO REFUNDS/VOUCHERS for cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date.

Rescheduled bookings are valid for only three months and are non-refundable.

Early departures are also non-refundable.

Check-in time is from 2 PM unless otherwise arranged.

Check-out time is 10 AM; please ensure you vacate the cottage by this time and leave the key in the door.

Day visitors are not permitted unless booked in guests of our campsite on the farm.

Our cottages are fully self-catering; we do not offer in-house services.

No loud noise/music, especially between 22:00 - 10:00.

We expect all guests to treat others, our staff and animals with respect, if not you will be asked to leave the premises immediately with
NO REFUND.

No pets are allowed at our cottages, but our campsite is pet friendly.

Smoking is prohibited in our cottages.

We reserve the right of admission.
